Our kids' pajamas follow our manufacturer's sizing. For the best fit, please use your child's height and body measurement rather than age alone. Sleepy Jammies are designed for comfort, if your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. 

The gowns are the same length as the chest circumference +/- a few cm.
